According to a USA Today article, Kate is also socially conscious and is involved in several philanthropic organizations. However, this does not make her a servant leader. As she builds a follower base, her servant spirit could emerge into a servant leader, or the opposite could happen. I agree, only time will tell.Holly Kizerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01077045939310961076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3297339528199658886.post-33810870245759204432010-11-16T22:52:16.498-06:002010-11-16T22:52:16.498-06:00Wes-

Greenleaf believes the servant leader is a servant first, then becomes a leader. The Biblical representation of Jesus Christ as a servant leader, with millions of followers over time, validates the power of servant leadership.Holly Kizerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01077045939310961076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3297339528199658886.post-72390652744700823842010-11-16T17:43:40.763-06:002010-11-16T17:43:40.763-06:00Great blog and very timely considering the rush of...Great blog and very timely considering the rush of press concerning Kate Middleton. She definitely has large shoes to fill. It will be interesting to watch her develop as princess. I would like to look further into the background of both Princess Diana and Kate Middleton. I am sure that she will go through a significant amount of social and political preparation to make sure she fits the desired public image of a princess. Only time will tell if she evolves from that as Princess Diana did.MAAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08753226022901731234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3297339528199658886.post-69865540005370493492010-11-16T15:41:26.422-06:002010-11-16T15:41:26.422-06:00Great post, Holly.

The Gospels, specifically Mark, make several references to Jesus as a servant. And Paul constantly preached the theme of servanthood in his Epistles, especially those to Corinth.<br />See Mark 10:45 and 2 Corinthians 4:5Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
